Anthony Minnuto is the ONLY person in the country teaching real estate investors how to buy Apartment Buildings without ANY MONEY AT ALL. Anthony started out as a residential real estate investor where he struggled to find motivated sellers and private lenders. He spent years studying successful investors and found that the only investors who were financially free were those who owned Apartment Buildings. He abandoned his efforts to invest in single family houses and focused on commercial real estate.

He then studied successful and unsuccessful commercial investors and found that just about all successful commercial real estate investors started out first investing in apartment buildings. Apartment buildings also provide those successful investors with tremendous cash flows each month which allowed them to absorb losses from not being able to rent out their office or retail shopping space.

Those unsuccessful investors tried to invest using others people money and soon realized that cash investors don't lend money to new investors with no experience.

After going through extensive formal training on commercial real estate and putting what he learned into "real world" action, he realized that the information that was being taught wasn't exactly accurate.

 

After several conversations and many side by side discussions with his mentors, he was able to crack the code on how to buy apartment buildings with no money at all. Just two and a half months later, he purchased his first property ever; which was a 48 unit apartment building and he did it without having to put up or raise any money at all.

When he bought his first apartment building, a 48 unit apartment complex (which was also the first real estate property he ever owned in his life), he was able to buy it with no money at all and he even walked away from the closing with a check for over $7,200 and collected another $5,200 within a few days from the tenants.

Anthony's system was producing numerous, solid opportunities and he realized that it was his moral and ethical obligation to teach and train other new investors on his system.
